‘an evening mixer of art and fashion’ was a collaboration between the can foundation, an arts driven non-profit organization based out of Newport news, va, and fashion designer Julian Hoggard of karte blanche that essentially turned the campus of assembly in downtown norfolk into an art gallery and fashion show.
